Refund Policy for Stick That Ltd

1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Refunds
Stick That Ltd only accepts refund requests if the product was damaged during delivery, was incorrectly or improperly made, or has manufacturing defects. Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they meet the above criteria.
Personalized Products: Please note that personalized products (products designed by the customer or with elements provided by the customer) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective, incorrectly made, or damaged during delivery. Stick That Ltd will not accept refund requests if the customer provided low-quality images or graphics that affected the final product.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Please reach out to our customer support team at info@stickthat.co.uk to initiate your refund request.
- Required Information: Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect or damage, and attach clear photographs that clearly show the issue.
- Return of Product: In some cases, we may request the return of the defective or damaged product. We will provide return instructions, and Stick That Ltd will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Processing of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Shipping Cost Refunds
If your refund request is approved, Stick That Ltd will cover the return shipping costs. If your refund request is rejected, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as gift cards, downloadable software, sanitary goods, and personal care items, are not eligible for returns.
