Shipping:
Your package will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order (Sat & Sun & holidays excluded.)
Small parcels are shipped by 2nd Class Royal Mail, tubes and large parcels are shipped by Hermes UK or DPD
More than 95% of our products are delivered within 1-3 working days. 100% order’s placed before cut-off (11:00am) time will be dispatched on the same day.
Decal may be packed in multiple parts.
Multiple item purchases may be sent in multiple packages.
Returns & Refunds:
30 Days Returns
If you have simply changed your mind we provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products.
Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.
In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
The 30 days return is not applicable with any custom orders which require a separate production process.
Damaged / Incorrect product
If you have received incorrect item or your order has been damaged in transit we will replace your order or refund your money. We need to be notified of the damage or incorrect items within 48h of receipt.
